Location for the processing of personal data The processing operations associated with the Site’s services are carried out in the operational headquarters of Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni S.r.l. situated in Via dell’Artigianato 17/19, Eboli 84025 and are only undertaken by Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni S.r.l’s specialist personnel responsible for the processing operations, or by those employed for occasional maintenance work.

Categories and types of personal data undergoing processing. Navigation Data
During the course of their normal operation the computer systems and software procedures employed for running the Site will acquire personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information, which is not collected in order to associate it with identified individuals, but which, by virtue of their nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third partied, lead to users being identified.
This category includes: IP addresses or domain names of computers employed by users who connect to the Site; the addresses, in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested; the time of the request; the method used for submitting the request to the server; the size of the file received in reply; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters associated with the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are only used for obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check that it is operating correctly. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for establishing responsibility in cases of hypothetical cyber crimes to the detriment of the Site: other than for this reason, the data on web contacts are not saved permanently, unless otherwise requested by the user (e.g. for accessing own pages on the Site that summarise the services used and the information requested etc.).
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional despatch, explicit and voluntary, of electronic mail to the addresses that appear on the Site, results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address – required in order to respond to the request – as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Cookies are not used for transmitting information of a personal nature, nor are any type of so-called persistent cookies. In other words no use is made systems for permanently tracking users.

Pursuant to the same Article, there exists a right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous format or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to legitimately challenge their processing.
